Rich Santos is running for Florida House District 36. He is running against Rachel Plakon, who is trying to take over her husband's seat. Rich is a veteran and former law enforcement officer, specializing in the investigation of complex crimes, homicide and sex crimes. He has an MBA and a degree in economics. Rich is a husband and father of six daughters and a son. He's been endorsed by the Fraternal Order of Police.
