Pastor and author Matthew Trewhella spoke on the "Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates," which outlines the Biblical grounds for interposition against government tyranny, as well as each state's authority and duty to nullify evil and iniquitous decrees such as Roe v. Wade.

Pastor Matt is a devout Christian, avid historian, and the author of The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates. He published the only known English translation of the Magdeburg Confession. He is the pastor at Mercy Seat Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and founder of Missionaries to the Preborn. He also posts frequent articles at http://www.defytyrants.com. He is married to Clara. At last count, they have 11 children and 23 grandchildren.

Reverend Rusty Lee Thomas is National Director of Operation Save America, Founder of Kingdom Leadership Institute, Founder of Rachel's Park Memorial, and the author of several books, including Abortion Violation and the Field Manual of Abortion Ministry. He has been involved in full-time ministry to the preborn for decades. He was featured prominently in the documentary Babies are Murdered Here (and in the upcoming BAMH2). The film "Voiceless" was loosely based on Rusty's life, and he even played a small part in the film. Rusty was jailed in 2017 for his peaceful attempts to rescue the preborn, and wrote about his experience with the federal judicial system in his booklet, Interrogated by the Beast.

Rev. Rusty delivered a sermon on the Biblical concept of "blood guilt" and God's righteous judgment against nations that permit evils such as child sacrifice.

Rusty is married to Kendra, and they have raised 10 children. Their late son, Jeremiah, requested a telephone conference with Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who promised the dying boy he would abolish abortion in Texas. The Thomases are still awaiting the fulfillment of that promise.
