Why Abolitionism?
"Prolifeism" expresses how you feel about abortion.
"Abolitionism" is the Christian movement to end abortion.
We must chop down the abortion tree instead of pruning it.
Take an ax to the root!
As pro-lifers regulate how, when, where, and by whom abortion is done, the end product is abortion that complies with their laws. The kind of abortion that meets the pro-life rules is "safer", more sterile, and appears more benign than the kind of abortion that was practiced before. Although the branches have been pruned, the end result is a stronger tree, and a stronger abortion industry.
We are Simply Christians
Seeking to Respond Rightly
to Child Sacrifice.
Abolitionists are Christians who believe that the only right way to fight evil is with God and His Word.
We believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
The good news is that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin (Matthew 1:18), lived a sinless life, and took the full fury of God's wrath upon Himself for our sins (2 Corinthians 5:21). He was crucified and died, was buried, and was resurrected by God on the third day. He ascended into Heaven where he now sits at the right hand of God (Ephesians 1:20). If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:8-10)
Abortion will never be abolished without appealing to the higher law of God. We refuse to be secular or to "leave religion out of it", because without God, there is no basis for right and wrong. Instead of relying upon how the world says we ought to fight evil, we rely upon how God says to fight evil. We are working to build Christ's Kingdom and please Him in all that we do, including how we seek to establish justice for the preborn.

"PRO LIFE-ism" and "ABOLITIONISM."These are the FIVE TENETS of Abolitionism:
THE USE OF GRAPHIC VICTIM IMAGES
Many people (especially in the pro-life movement) object to the use of graphic images of abortion victims. They worry that abortion-minded or post-abortive mothers may somehow be emotionally traumatized by seeing the bloody images of a brutally-butchered child. And I pray that they are. The REAL victim of every abortion is NOT the mother, but the preborn baby who is about to be murdered BY his or her mother in what should have been the safest place on earth - the womb.
One Woman's Testimony about Victim Images
Before I was born again, I was an agnostic, liberal, pro-choice feminist. I was promiscuous and had three abortions during my Godless days. I also paid for a close family relative to have a saline abortion at 6 months' gestation. In 2006, I became a born-again Christian, but even then, I considered myself a liberal feminist, and I still didn't believe abortion was "all that terrible" in the first trimester. I was an age, size & development BIGOT (not to mention being completely ignorant of God's Word).
Then in August of 2015, when the undercover Planned Parenthood videos started hitting the mainstream news, I saw for the first time bloody, graphic images of first-trimester abortion victims.
Suddenly, I realized these were the same gestational age as the "products of conception" that I had aborted. These were not clumps of cells. They were babies. I had murdered my children.
It took me almost a week to be able to actually admit to myself that I was a murderer. A serial killer who had told myself I was killing them because it was "better for everybody." But in fact, killing my children had benefited me more than anybody.I got down on my knees and begged the Lord to forgive me.
Now, to millions of people, it will seem obvious that preborn human beings are actually "people," and that abortion kills them. But to someone like me, who had virtually no Christian training and relied solely upon our God-hating, secular, liberal, mainstream media for all my information, this was the first time in my nearly 60 years that I had seen the truth. There were no Christians outside of the mills when I went in to murder my children. Nothing but a sidewalk leading up to the door. Had there been graphic victim images, I believe I would have been a turn-away. I think, in fact, I might have run screaming from the place.
So I began to research how on earth it could be possible that I had never seen these types of images before. Every morning when I woke up until every evening when I went to sleep, I read everything I could on abortion, the pro-life movement, and eventually, abolitionism.
That was in 2015. I haven't stopped researching -- and fighting -- abortion since then. I have come to realize that I was still an "appearance" bigot! Because even babies who DO still look like "just a clump of cells" (or even a single cell) are, in fact, precious children made in the image of God.
That is why I am a firm believer that there is a definite purpose for the use of victim images to shock and awaken us to the horror that is going on all around us.
To quote R. C. Sproul, Jr.:
"You cannot overreact to this problem. This is the most significant, most serious, most dreadful reality, in my judgment, in the history of the world." From the movie "Who will Stand."
I have asked the Lord to help me dedicate my life to stopping other women from committing the same detestable abomination that I committed.
God willing, may abortion be abolished soon.
